Yes, you can pay by card. Your card information is securely processed using industry-standard encryption.

We only send an invoice if it is impossible to pay by card.

Payment begins immediately upon course registration.

If you choose installment payment, you will be charged a fixed amount on the same day of each month following your order. For example, if you order on December 16th, the next payment will be on January 16th.

We offer installment payment through Klarna. You are responsible for managing your installment payments through the Klarna platform and contacting them directly for any issues.

If your payment was unsuccessful:

• Check your account balance: Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.
• Verify your card information: Make sure your card information is up-to-date and the card is still active.
• Automatic retries: Our system will attempt to charge your card again in a few days.

Right of withdrawal:
We provide a 14-day right of withdrawal when you purchase education/courses despite the fact that digital products that are delivered in their entirety do not actually have this.

The right of withdrawal period applies from the time you gain access to the product and the withdrawal form. At Nordisk Heste- og Hundeterapiskole AS, you will gain access to the course/education directly after purchase and the right of withdrawal therefore applies from the time of purchase. The right of withdrawal form is located in the course/education.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, you cannot have opened or in any way started the course/education. If you have opened the course in Kajabi, you will no longer have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Regarding foreign purchases:

When you purchase a VAT-exempt course or product, it goes through FAC and is not subject to VAT. Therefore, VAT won't be shown on your receipt.

To change your payment information, please contact us via the form. We will send you a unique, secure link to update your payment information.

You can use the provided link to update the payment method for your specific subscription.

3. If you click on "purchase history", you will see all your past purchases and you can download or view the receipts for these purchases.

Once you purchase the course, you'll gain instant access to the Kajabi course portal.

The course is divided into 17 modules, each packed with videos, images, illustrations, text, and assignments.

All the material is already ready - there are no live lectures, but pre-recorded and/or saved material. This gives you complete flexibility to learn at your own pace.

You will also receive access to the course's Facebook group, where we have quizzes once a month. The recording of the quizzes is posted in the course portal after the class, so you can watch and learn from previous quizzes.

In the group, you can also connect with other course participants, share your progress, and learn from each other.

How long do you have access?

The standard access time for courses is 1 year. If you have purchased a package offer, the access time may vary. The same applies to other online group's access that follows the course.

How can I see my access expiration date?

1. Log in to Kajabi. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" and create a new one.
2. Once logged in, click your profile icon at the top of the page. Then, select "Settings".
3. If you click on "purchase history", you will see all your past purchases.
4. In your purchase history, you can view the purchase date for each course. This will help you determine your access expiration date based on the standard 12-month access period. 

Note: For package deals, the access duration may differ. Please refer to the specific details of your package for accurate information. 

To move on to the next module, you'll need to complete the current module. This means that you must complete everything in a module before unlocking access to the next one.
